These Terms govern the use of Mainloop IA. By registering or using the service, you agree to these conditions.

Mainloop AI offers design and learning tools from Argentina. Use the following contact channel for questions and requests to exercise your rights.

Service description

Mainloop IA combines game design and documentation tools, collaboration workspaces, and Mainloop Academy for learning technology through practice. Some features use artificial intelligence. The application and Academy may run on different subdomains, but they are part of the same service and share the support channels listed in these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. We may suspend or cancel accounts that violate these Terms or the law.

Inactive accounts and retention

Accounts unused for more than 90 consecutive days may be deleted after manual review, without an additional individual notice unless required by law. Personal games, images, courses and other account data will be permanently lost. Keep a copy of your content and connect periodically; offline-only activity cannot be verified. Shared Studio content follows its own rules.

Studios: collaboration workspace

A Studio is a digital workspace inside Mainloop where registered users can collaborate on shared games. Each member's account, projects, plan, and personal AI queries remain separate.

Creating or “founding” a Studio does not form or register a partnership, company, association, joint venture, employment relationship, agency, or legal entity. It does not establish representation, authorship, intellectual property ownership, or an economic interest in a project.

The labels founder, responsible owner, billing owner, and member describe only permissions and functions within the service. They are not legal titles and do not prove authority to represent others, employment, ownership, or an interest in content or projects.

Subscriptions, renewal, and cancellation

Paid subscriptions are monthly and renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation prevents future charges, and access continues until the end of the paid billing period unless a refund applies or applicable law requires otherwise.

You can also request cancellation by email using the address associated with the purchase and, if available, the subscription ID. To request it, contact soporte@mainloop.ai.

Prices, currency, and taxes

The final price and applicable currency are shown before payment. For transactions offered in Argentina, the final amount and currency are disclosed before confirmation without promising a specific exchange rate. The payment method may apply taxes, perceptions, or other mandatory charges.

Studio subscription and capacity

A Studio has its own monthly subscription, separate from personal subscriptions, with base capacity and optional additional members, games, or AI queries. Only the billing owner can confirm paid changes. The total and applicable effective date are shown before confirmation; additional capacity is enabled after the processor approves payment. Deliberately exceeding paid capacity or adding capacity while payment is pending is not permitted.

Mainloop Academy

Academy offers practical Loops, progress tracking, and optional adaptive features. Its subscription is monthly, personal, and separate from application plans and Studios. The price, currency, included monthly limits, and processor are shown before confirmation. Limits renew each billing period, and paid access is enabled only after processor confirmation.

Academy assessments, points, badges, knowledge profiles, and credentials describe activity or evidence recorded inside the service. They are not an official degree, professional license, government certification, or guarantee of competence, employment, or results. Users must verify what they choose to share in a résumé or with third parties.

Payment processors

Mercado Pago

Mercado Pago processes subscriptions offered in Argentina. Its payment services are also governed by its own terms and policies.

Paddle

For global transactions, Paddle.com acts as Merchant of Record and manages the payment, taxes, payment inquiries, and applicable refunds.

If you choose Paddle, you can use its buyer support and review its refund policy.

Refunds and consumer rights

Refunds follow applicable law and the policies of the relevant processor. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights or any other rights that cannot be waived by contract.

AI-generated content

AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. By using it, you agree to review and validate it before applying it to design, production, or development decisions. Mainloop does not guarantee specific results or that content will be suitable for every project.

Content and intellectual property

You retain the rights to content you create or upload. You grant us a limited license to store and process it only to provide the service. The platform, its design, and its code belong to Mainloop IA.

Content shared in Studios

Anyone who adds or changes content represents that they are authorized to do so and to share it with authorized Studio members. Access, a role, or creation of a Studio does not transfer rights in that content. Ownership and obligations among collaborators are governed by law and their agreements; Mainloop does not adjudicate authorship, ownership, representation, or economic-interest disputes.

Studio closure, transfer, and deletion

Studio closure may be reversible for the period stated in the product. Permanent deletion requires reinforced confirmation and may remain subject to legal or technical retention. Deleting a personal account does not automatically delete a Studio: responsibility may be transferred, another eligible responsible owner may take over, or the Studio may temporarily become orphaned until regularized.

Permitted use

You may not use the service for illegal activities, infringe third-party rights, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

Third-party services and external risks

Mainloop depends on external services such as Google Cloud, Firebase, OpenAI, Mercado Pago, Paddle, and connectivity providers. By subscribing, you acknowledge that changes, delays, interruptions, or failures affecting those providers, as well as events outside Mainloop's reasonable control, may temporarily affect some service features.

Mainloop will take reasonable measures to prevent and manage incidents, restore service, and provide notice when appropriate. This acknowledgment does not limit Mainloop's responsibility for its own actions or any mandatory consumer rights.

Applicable law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to you.
